are highly experienced consultants as well as accredited coaches and facilitators. We offer 1-1 Business Coaching at every level in your organisation as well as bespoke workshops designed to meet your needs.

We won't come with ready-made solutions or an existing mindset - we will ask, listen, and clarify, then based on our experience of working in over 200 organisations, we will offer our thoughts and suggestions. Our solutions are innovative yet pragmatic - we know what works, and how to implement it.

Career Training Collaborations

are experienced in helping individuals identify and prepare for new career directions.

In addition to working with schools via our SCIP workshops and LEAD programme, we also offer other clients a 1.1 service that is personalised to their needs but may include:-

- Identification and prioritisation of your career anchors and linking them to what you are looking for in a new career

- Individual psychometric profiling

- CV coaching

- Interview skills practise

- Preparing for an assessment centre
