Alastair and Kay have designed and implemented solutions for a diverse range of organisations that encompasses Brewing, Charity, Construction, Education, Electronics, Engineering, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Public Sector Local Authorities, Retail, Sports, Student’s Associations and Water Utilities.
They are both Fellows of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Members of the International Coach Federation and are also qualified by the British Psychological Society to administer psychometric personality profiling tools.
Alastair has spent the last 22 years as a coach, trainer and facilitator working with individuals and organisations in improving their effectiveness. He has been described as having the ability to look at things differently and help provide creative yet practical solutions. Working with top teams on strategic planning, financial awareness, organisational climate surveys, live team development, executive coaching, designing and facilitating graduate assessment centres all feature in Alastair's recent assignments.
Alastair is a Member of The British Institute of Learning and Development (BILD).
He is also the co-author of a book on Teamworking with Suzanne Neville, which has now been translated into six languages and sold in ten countries. He is a licenced Myers Briggs practitioner and is, in addition, accredited to use 16PF, Emotional Intelligence, Talent Q and GATS assessment profiles.
Prior to 1987, Alastair spent 15 years working as a General Manager in the Retail and Service Sector, and as Managing Director of a Motor Trade Main Dealership.
When not working, Alastair's main interests are family, travel, music and motor racing. From April to September he can be found on most weekends competing in the Scottish Sprint and Hillclimb Championships in his single seater.
Playing an active part in his local community is also important to him and he is a Past President of Rotary, having been a member for 21 years, and for the last 3 years responsible for Youth development within the local community. He is also a Community First Responder with the Scottish Ambulance Service and a Heartstart trainer with The British Heart Foundation.

Kay's has over 2 decades experience in management and leadership that she brings to her role as coach and mentor to a number of organisations in the UK and abroad. She has both established and led a number of teams across a variety of disciplines and also run large scale units as well as playing leading roles in organisational change programs. Her industry experience covers the airline industry, property management, public sector and of course a number of years focusing on utilising her experience to pass valuable learning onto others within her various roles in Learning & Development and Coaching.
As an experienced and qualified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), qualified counsellor and Myers Briggs practitioner she has the ability to bring many different aspects to helping clients identify their vision and thereafter work on specific breakthrough actions needed to achieve that goal.
Outside of work Kay finds time to be mum to 5 grown up children and is now dealing with the next generation though this is taking time to sink in! As well as having the family to keep her busy she is a keen runner and badminton player and has responsibility for 2 very active and demanding Labradors. She and her husband have also just completed a 2 year project to build their new home in Dunblane.
