C-T-CLeadership and Management Development

"Leadership, like swimming, cannot be learned by reading about it"
Henry Mintzberg

We don’t do 'Training Courses'!   We work with 'real'  issues and provide 'real'  solutions. It's results that count.

We believe that a successful development programme should combine different aspects of organisational, team and individual focus, and has to be linked and reviewed against  key business objectives.

We have created our award winning Integrated Learning Model which provides a sense of direction, belonging and identity for all participants. The number of repetitions of the model can vary according to organisational requirements, but is usually in the region of 2-4.

Management forum 1 Management forum 2
  • The Management Forum is a group session, of up to 40 participants, usually 2 days, which focus on the organisational vision and goals.  (Big Picture)
  • Action Learning Sets are smaller in number, typically 10, in a set and focus on a range of topics selected by the group regarding skills that they believe are required to implement the organisation’s vision and goals. (Group perspective)
  • 1.1 Coaching provides a confidential and individual learning experience focusing on key areas of challenge. (Individual perspective)

We have used this model very successfully in organisations in the UK and Scandinavia. The testimonials speak for themselves.
