C-T-CStrategy and Implementation Planning

"If a course needs to be in great condition to be played effectively then the design strategy is flawed."
Tom Watson, US Golfer

Every organisation needs clear direction toward specific goals whether they be in relation to business growth, people development, a change of direction, survival in difficult times or change management of any description. The right strategy and implementation plan is the key to success on many different levels.

Many business big or small, public, private or voluntary sectors struggle with competing priorities, strong personalities, single perspectives and the "we have always done it like this" syndrome. Sometimes, it takes an external, non-bias expert in facilitation and strategic planning to help the organisation see the wood behind the trees.

Every organisation needs to look at themselves with clarity, respect, focus and vision toward the future. You know your organisation inside out, perhaps we can help you to also see it outside in.

When it comes to strategic definition, alignment and execution C-T-C have expert practitioners in their ranks. They have 'walked the walk' as well as being able to 'talk the talk'. The CMI's Scottish Forum benefited greatly from their assistance which led to a complete revamp of our volunteer and member activities in Scotland. The insights provided during the strategic planning process greatly assisted the Forum  in defining 'who we are' and 'what we do in Scotland' bringing great clarity to our strategic objectives."

Head of Business Development

Chartered Management Institute

"Earlier this year, the Scottish Branch leadership team of the Chartered Management recognised the need to address a number of issues surrounding it's future direction and structure. The leadership body is dependent on the support of its volunteer  supporters, and desperately needed to re-engage with its membership.

"C-T-C assisted by facilitating a series of  intensive development workshops, supporting a working party of volunteers to define the appropriate structure and to develop the strands of its new strategy. These sessions were highly successful and ensured that all views were considered and challenged.

"I would no hesitation in turning to C-T-C for any future requirement, or in referring them to any party interested in making a positive contribution to their organisation."
