A great mentoring relationship provides those people with someone who is not part of the system, who can bring objectivity along with their own experience and be both a sounding board and someone to challenge and push them outside of that safe haven which is their comfort zone.  

Most people are a little reluctant to see their own potential and often dismiss their ability to move onwards and upwards, others may be a little too confident and both will find they get in their own way.

We work with mentees across all sectors and industries, building a relationship of trust and authenticity and ensuring that the work we do has focus on goals, on outcomes, on uncovering potential and that it brings some edge, some discomfort, some challenge – “a push in the right direction”.
