Kay is an accredited, professional Executive Coach with a strong background in all aspects of Leadership, Management and Organisational Change.  She is also a qualified Team Coach who can work with all types of teams to help them communicate better, understand each other and work together more effectively to achieve their desired goals and outcomes.

She is also a qualified Coach Supervisor and Mentor working with other coaches to help them grow and develop.  

She works with individuals, teams or whole organisations looking at the real issues they face and helping them find the solutions that will move them forward in a focussed, positive and constructive way.

She is practical, down to earth and outcome focussed, always being authentic and transparent, valuing honesty, integrity and respectful challenge in herself and others as the routes to clarity and progress.

Her goal is to work alongside people to help them make the change that is right for them and to always do so with positive intent.

Alastair Fraser

Alastair specialises in:-

Executive Coaching, Senior Team Dynamics, Mentoring, and Leadership Development 

Alastair is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI ) and a CMI Approved Mentor and also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

His experience of working with over 200 companies across most sectors is just one of the aspects valued by his clients. 

In 2014 Alastair was appointed as a Ford CEM Coach with the AMCI Europe Team for FORD Motor Company's Customer Experience Movement (CEM). The CEM is designed to build trust and engagement within the participating Ford dealerships, through ongoing executive coaching, leadership and team development. 

Alastair is the co-author of a book on Teamworking with Suzanne Neville, which has now been translated into six languages and sold in ten countries. 

On a recent visit to India, he was reminded of the wisdom, foresight and example shown in these words of Mahatma Ghandi :
